Hamid M. Khan is a Judicial Education Attorney with the Federal Judicial Center, the research and education agency of the United States Judiciary and National Security Fellow with the Truman National Security Project. Previously, Professor Khan served as deputy director of The Rule of Law Collaborative at the University of South Carolina where he presided over a multi-year cooperative agreement between the University of South Carolina and the U.S. Department of State on international legal development issues and has consulted on matters related to the Muslim world with a variety of international organizations, nongovernmental organizations, and U.S. government agencies, including with the Director of National Intelligence, the U.S.
